The wristbands are easy to use:
Start by placing the indicator on the skin that is exposed to sunlight, preferably your arms, or shoulders.
Cover yourself with sunscreen as you normally would. Don’t forget to put sunscreen on the indicator!
Next, enjoy your day! The UV indicator will track your exposure to UVA and UVB rays, during the day. Once the indicator changes to orange it’s time to reapply your sunscreen. If it changes to pink you need to go inside, and avoid the sun’s rays.
You can swim, hike, run, and play outdoors as usual. The wristband is water resistant, and will stay with you while swimming in both salt and chlorine water.
